Nimitz Museum - Nimitz Hotel Game

The Nimitz Hotel
Interactive Historical Simulation | Nimitz Museum

The Nimitz Hotel project is a Sims-like interactive game that reimagines daily life in a historic 1800s hotel. Visitors step into the role of innkeeper, managing authentic 19th-century tasks such as preparing meals for guests, gathering firewood before dark, tending to horses, and keeping the rooms clean.

My role focused on prototyping, staging, asset creation, and animation, working closely with developers to bring the hotel environment to life. The project balanced historical accuracy with engaging gameplay, immersing players in the challenges of running a hotel in a pre-industrial era while learning about the culture and rhythms of the time.
